This policy explains how Aphiwat Building Co., Ltd. (บริษัท อภิวัฒน์ บิวดิ้ง จำกัด) handles data in the “Aphiwat Building” application (the “App”), which publishes our own marketing content to our own social media accounts.
The App does not collect data about TikTok viewers, followers, or any member of the public.
Solely to publish our own marketing content on schedule and to let our staff see whether a post succeeded. We do not use the data for advertising profiling and we do not sell it.
Data is stored in our private Supabase project. Access tokens are held in a table that is not readable by public or signed-in users; only our server-side functions can read them. Access is limited to authorised staff of Aphiwat Building Co., Ltd. (บริษัท อภิวัฒน์ บิวดิ้ง จำกัด).
We do not sell or rent data. We share data only with the platforms needed to deliver the service (TikTok, Meta, LINE and our hosting provider Supabase), and where required by Thai law.
Access tokens are kept while the integration is in use and are deleted when authorisation is withdrawn or the integration is retired. Posting records are kept as a business record for up to five years.
Under the Thai Personal Data Protection Act, a person whose personal data we hold may ask to access, correct, or delete it, or object to its use. Write to the contact address below and we will respond within 30 days.
A TikTok account holder can remove the App at any time in TikTok settings under Security and permissions, and the App will stop posting immediately.
Our published photographs show our own work sites. We do not publish images in which customers or members of the public are identifiable without consent, and faces of workers are excluded or blurred.
We may update this policy. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last changed.
