These terms govern the use of the “Aphiwat Building” application (the “App”), operated by Aphiwat Building Co., Ltd. (บริษัท อภิวัฒน์ บิวดิ้ง จำกัด). The App is an internal marketing tool. It publishes photographs and videos of our own construction projects to social media accounts that we own and control, including our own TikTok account.
The App is for use by authorised staff of Aphiwat Building Co., Ltd. (บริษัท อภิวัฒน์ บิวดิ้ง จำกัด) only. It is not offered to the general public and it does not create accounts for third parties.
All content published through the App is created and owned by Aphiwat Building Co., Ltd. (บริษัท อภิวัฒน์ บิวดิ้ง จำกัด), or is used with the permission of the rights holder. We do not publish content belonging to other people without permission, and we do not publish content that is unlawful, misleading, or in breach of the TikTok Community Guidelines.
The App accesses a TikTok account only after the account holder has granted permission through TikTok’s own authorisation screen. That permission can be withdrawn at any time in TikTok settings, and the App then stops posting.
The App may not be used to post spam, to post on behalf of accounts we do not own, or to breach the terms of any platform it connects to.
The App is provided “as is” for our internal use. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. To the extent permitted by Thai law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the App.
We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows when they were last changed.
These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand.
